Thank you for ordering from Ann Arbor Dinnerware! Your merchandise usually will arrive in about 3 weeks from the time that we receive your order. Norwegian products may take much longer than 3 weeks due to international trade issues. We do not bill your charge card until we have your items ready to ship to you. Please, allow more time for outside the USA. We may ask the UPS (or other delivery service) drivers to collect a signature for delivery of orders over about $200. We recommend that you ship to your office address, if you will not be home for a signature during your delivery.
