Expect First Quality!
| The products we carry are first quality! The reason that we can offer first quality products at reduced prices is that you do not pay us to warehouse the products. Occasionally, you may still find a first quality piece that has a problem. If you do, we will be very happy to get it exchanged for a flawless piece. Please let us know about the defect as soon as possible. We will need to know the pattern and piece type before you send it to us so that we may notify the manufacturer of the problem. |
Time to Receive an Order
Most orders take about 3 weeks to receive once you order. Delays do occur for reasons that are out of our control (such as manufacturer backorders or shipping delays). For these reasons, we can not guarantee the time that it will take to receive your product. We will work with you as much as we are able to do so if you notify us of the date by which you would like the product. Ann Arbor Dinnerware or the manufacturers we carry will not be liable for any delays. Norwegian products will ship promptly after you order them, if we have them in-stock. If we must bring your items in from Norway, it can take 4 to 10 weeks before we have your items ready to ship. We will ship any available items as soon as possible and any remaining items will bill and ship as a separate sale with free shipping when the products are in from Norway. We do not bill your products to your charge card until your product is ready to ship to you. For some very large orders we may need to have your charge card pre-approve the order before it ships. |
Third Party Deliveries
If you are shipping to yourself at a business or another address be sure to include your name care of the recipient or business address. Otherwise we will assume that the order is a gift. |
Gift Orders
When you ship to someone other than the purchaser we will do the following: 1) The purchaser will receive the sales slip by postal mail. There will not be a copy of the sales slip shipped with the merchandise. 2) We will print the "From: (Purchasers Name) " on the shipping label 3) We do not gift wrap or include cards. |
Returns
Returns are
to be sent to us at: Please call or E-mail us to let us know what items you are returning. It helps us better meet your needs if you explain why you need to return the items. Returns after 30 days of receipt, may incur a restocking fee. All returns must be in original condition and original packaging. |

This is NOT coming from our company! We are not supplying email addresses to spammers! We are not sending spam to anyone! We will send solicited replys to questions, tracking information from UPS, and occasional post cards to past customers or individuals who have requested information ONLY!
